Custom built motor home via the impressive timber staircase and
glazed timber main door with the added protection of a security screened door
onto beautiful polished timber floors. The rear section, hydraulically driven,
expands to form a large 2.5 mt bedroom area with double bed. Lots of storage
space. Easy expansion achieved with a remote control by 1 person in 10 mins.

Kitchen has 230 lt fridge/freezer, full timber kitchen, microwave,
plenty of bench and storage space. Dinette table comfortably seats 2 and
converts to a double bed. All timbers used are Australian native rainforest
timbers. Gas hot water and 2 burner cooker. Gas certified. Comes with a full
size shower and cassette toilet.
220 lt fresh water, 40 lt grey water holding tank which makes it
National Park compliant. 12 v water pumps. Plenty of 240 and 12 v power points.
4 x 200 w solar with all extras. A/c cab and motor home.
Indoor and outdoor TV/DVD. Vast box and dish. 1 small and 1 large
awning, with privacy screen. MR license
